So far this month we have, in the two bedroomed house catagory, let virtually all available stock (8). Such is the demand that we are now putting the word out for any landlord who has such a property empty, coming up for tenant change to please contact this office. We will look favourably on set up fee’s and management costs, especially for long term lets - (12 months or more). Our continued record of 97% of property let 100% of the time still stands.
